What is SplooshDaPool?

SplooshDaPool is a no-impact workout consisting of 16 movements that takes place in the deep end of a pool or placid body of water.  SDP provides a full-body strength and cardio workout that builds long, lean muscle, and incredible overall fitness.  SDP also promotes mindfulness and focus both in and out of the pool.

I’m Chris. At 41, I was in the worst shape of my life and in constant pain. Then, a visit to the YMCA to swim with my kids changed my life forever. I developed SplooshDaPool to share what I’ve learned and help people reach their health and fitness goals.
